The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah

Honestly I really loved how staff are taking care of their guests. This was the must important thing for any guest to look for. Before I used to stay at Hilton Jeddah but unfortunately lately it has been with the worst management ever. Since I moved to the ritz I felt valued and staff have been politely calling me everyday if I want to extend my stay and if I need any help. Thanks to all staff for the warm welcome at the front desk and here are some names I remember but doesn’t exclude the others. Thanks to Moluk, Waleed and Mr Khalid. I will definitely come back to this place

The vintage design of the property really added to its character, offering a unique and cozy atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even calling to check on me shortly after I settled in. They asked if I needed anything or had any concerns, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a blend of classic style and attentive service. The corniche is just a short walk away, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the relaxing view of the beach. loved the complimentary cake and fruits – it truly made my day🥰.The breakfast also offers a wide variety of options to choose from.

What an absolute blessing to have experienced the Ritz Carlton through such wonderful people and just awesome service. Breakfast and lunch was absolutely sublime. Ibrahim, together with his colleagues like Sohail, took care of us at the Reyhana restaurant - were very customer centric, knowledgeable, and an absolute ambassador for the Ritz Carlton and the country of Saudi Arabia. They went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable. Moluk at reception and the young lady at Concierge were most engaging, friendly and also very helpful. Asad Khan was very enthusiastic to show us the facilities at the Ritz, his fruit platters were just so creative - presentation excellent. Sagar, and his team Sunil and Salman also excellent - were very kind and courteous and also went out of their way to accommodate the housekeeping requests and they actually surpassed my expectations. Marwah A.Saeedi recommended by Ibrahim and Concierge is a gem of a person and a tour guide - brilliant recommendation! On the overall, the employees at Ritz Carlton are such an asset! They are all gems and stunning human beings. May you all just grow and develop in your respective roles and be successful in all that you do. The staff members were exceptionally professional, polite, and incredibly friendly. Their level of service was truly amazing. Moreover, the ambiance and lighting within the hotel contributed to a peaceful atmosphere, creating a sense of tranquility. Furthermore, the rooms were not only spacious but also clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

Amazing luxurious atmosphere, classy and vintage.. old furniture but immaculately clean. The staff listened to our needs and we were surprised with Executive Suite upgrade, thanks yo Mr. Alaa. Location is nice, opposite Corniche, need a taxi to go to a supermarket to a mall or walk 15 minutes to reach any nearby shop. Cafes are nearby to reach within 10 minute walk. Will for sure recommend the hotel you all my friends and will be coming back again..
